This website (www.bonnard.ai) is operated by BONNARD LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16386187), with its registered office at Flat 4 Great Mill Apartments, Whiston Road, London, England, E2 8GB. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

We collect personal data when you:

  • Submit our booking form (name, email, company, team size, and an optional note about what you’d like to look at)
  • Email us directly
  • Visit our website (limited technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited)

Why we collect it

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR:

  • Booking form responses: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a scoping session (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR, taking steps prior to entering a contract; or 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in business communications).
  • Server logs: legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the site.

We do not sell personal information. We will not rent or share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

  • Booking form data: 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted.
  • Server logs: rolling 90-day window via our hosting provider.
